Adding Your Signature to Gmail

  1. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button in the tool above to copy your signature.
  2. Open Gmail in your browser and click the gear icon (top right) → "See all settings".
  3. In the General tab, scroll down to the "Signature" section.
  4. Click "Create new" and enter a name for your signature (e.g., "Work Signature").
  5. Click inside the signature text editor and press Ctrl+V (Windows) or Cmd+V (Mac) to paste.
  6. Under "Signature defaults", choose your new signature for new emails and replies.
  7. Scroll to the bottom and click "Save Changes".
  8. Compose a new email to verify the signature appears correctly.

Adding Your Signature to Outlook

  1. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button in the tool above to copy your signature.
  2. Open Outlook and go to FileOptionsMail.
  3. Click the "Signatures..." button.
  4. Click "New" and enter a name for your signature.
  5. Click inside the "Edit signature" box and press Ctrl+V to paste.
  6. Under "Choose default signature", select your new signature for new messages and replies/forwards.
  7. Click "OK" twice to save and close.
  8. For Outlook Web: Go to Settings (gear icon) → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply → paste your signature in the editor.

Adding Your Signature to Apple Mail

  1. Click the "Download HTML" button to save your signature as an HTML file.
  2. Open Apple Mail and go to MailPreferences (or Settings on macOS Ventura+).
  3. Click the "Signatures" tab.
  4. Select your email account and click the "+" button to create a new signature.
  5. Give it a name. Then, open the downloaded HTML file in Safari.
  6. Press Cmd+A to select all content in Safari, then Cmd+C to copy.
  7. Go back to Apple Mail Signatures, click in the preview area on the right, and press Cmd+V to paste.
  8. Important: Uncheck "Always match my default message font" at the bottom to preserve formatting.
