Email Signature Best Practices
Follow these tips to create a professional email signature that makes a lasting impression.
Keep It Short
Limit your signature to 3β5 lines of essential information. Too much content overwhelms recipients and gets clipped by email clients.
Consistent Branding
Use your company colors, logo, and approved fonts. A consistent signature reinforces brand identity across every email you send.
Include a CTA
Add a link to your website, calendar, or latest promotion. Every email is a marketing opportunity β make it count.
Test Everywhere
Send test emails to Gmail, Outlook, and mobile devices. What looks great in one client may break in another β always verify.
